Administrative Specialist

 Neighborhood Housing Services of Southwest Wisconsin (NHSSW) is seeking an organized individual to fill the part-time (22 hours per week), position of Administrative Specialist, our principal financial recordkeeping staff person

Applicants should have experience in financial recordkeeping or accounting, and possess knowledge of financial and program activities such as lending and housing finance. Desire a candidate willing to learn, who is well organized, has excellent communication skills, detail oriented, and has the ability to maintain written records and reports.  Training will be provided for specific financial software.

Neighborhood Housing Services of Southwest Wisconsin (NHSSW) is seeking an organized individual to fill the full time position of HomeOwnership Center Counselor.
We are seeking candidates interested in providing housing and credit counseling, along with advising seniors with mortgages. Experience in one or more of the following areas a plus; counseling,  education, finances,  mortgage origination, or working in the non-profit sector. Applicants should have excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to maintain essential written records and reports, be detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Training Provided. Agency benefit package includes health insurance.
